The rules

Four rules before you end the ride

    Inside the stripe

    Park at the yellow/black stripe or inside a green zone on the map.

  2. 2
    Upright on its stand

    Drop the kickstand and check it will not tip in the wind.

  3. 3
    Keep the path open

    At least 1.5 m for walkers, wheelchairs and prams.

  4. 4
    Clear of entrances

    No ramps, doors, bus stops or emergency exits.

One photo ends the ride

After locking, the app asks for one photo of the scooter. It is used only to check the parking and is deleted after 30 days.

Parking questions

What if there is no bay nearby?

The app shows the nearest bay and its distance before you end. You can pause the ride and walk there.

Why will my ride not end?

The lock will not close outside an allowed zone, or the photo is unclear. Move to the stripe and retake it.

Are fees charged now?

No. This is a pre-launch preview — all figures are estimates and nothing is charged.

I see a badly parked scooter?

Report it in the app with a photo; the nearest juicer gets it and you earn XP if confirmed.
